Lisandro Ezequiel López is an Argentine centre-back who debuted for Chacarita Juniors in 2009 and established himself at Arsenal de Sarandí, winning the 2012 Clausura. Benfica signed him in July 2013 on a five-year contract and loaned him straight back out to Getafe for 2013-14; he made his Benfica debut in October 2014 and won several league titles and cups. He was loaned to Inter Milan in January 2018 and to Genoa on 5 August 2018, with the Genoa loan cut short in January 2019. He joined Boca Juniors on loan on 30 January 2019 and the move was made permanent that November for 2.70 million euros.
