Nemanja Radonjić was born on 15 February 1996 in Niš, Serbia. He was formed in the Partizan academy and then in Italy and Romania, and made his senior breakthrough at Čukarički before joining Red Star Belgrade, where he won the Serbian title and played in the Champions League. Marseille signed him in 2018.
Benfica took him on loan from Marseille on 24 August 2021 for the 2021/22 season. The winger was used as a squad option through the campaign, mostly from the bench in the league and cups, and did not establish himself as a starter. He did not play for Benfica in 2020/21.
He returned to Marseille at the end of the loan and then joined Torino, with a further loan to Mallorca, before going back to Red Star Belgrade. He is a Serbia international.
