Juventus Football Club is an Italian professional football club founded in 1897 in Turin by a group of students, making it one of the oldest clubs in the country. It has worn black and white stripes since 1903 and has been controlled by the Agnelli family, owners of Fiat, since 1923. The club moved in 2011 to its own purpose-built ground, now the Allianz Stadium, with a capacity of around 41,500.

Juventus is the most successful club in Italian football, with a record number of league championships and fifteen Coppa Italia wins. In Europe it has claimed two European Cups, in 1985 and 1996, three UEFA Cups and the Cup Winners' Cup, though it has also lost a record number of European Cup finals. The club plays in Serie A.
