Anderson Souza Conceição, known as Talisca, is a Brazilian attacking midfielder who came through the youth ranks at Vasco da Gama before turning professional with Bahia in 2013. Benfica signed him from Bahia on 5 July 2014 for about 4.75 million euros, then a record fee for a Bahia player. He scored regularly in his two seasons in Lisbon, including a hat-trick against Vitória de Setúbal and the winner away to Zenit Saint Petersburg in the Champions League, and won two Primeira Liga titles. He joined Beşiktaş on a two-year loan in August 2016, and on 26 October 2018 Benfica confirmed his permanent transfer to Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao for 19.2 million euros.
