Henrique Martins Pereira was born in Lisbon on 15 February 2002 and spent his whole formative career at Benfica, signing his first professional contract in February 2018 and renewing in 2021 and 2024. A right-footed left winger, he wore the number 52 at Seixal.

He made his Benfica B debut on 25 January 2021 against FC Porto B and scored his first league goal in February 2022 at Covilhã. Over four seasons he played 81 matches and scored 18 goals for the reserve side, his best return coming in 2022/23, when 34 appearances and nine goals made him Benfica B's leading scorer. He was never given a first-team appearance.

In July 2024 he was loaned to Casa Pia, making his Primeira Liga debut on 24 August 2024 against Santa Clara and scoring the following weekend against Estrela da Amadora. He left Benfica permanently on 2 July 2025 for CD Santa Clara on a three-year contract and was loaned to GD Chaves in September 2025. He represented Portugal at two under-17 European Championships and up to under-20 level.
