Tiago Filipe Oliveira Dantas, born in Lisbon on 24 December 2000, is a small, technical central midfielder who joined Benfica's academy as a child and progressed through every age group at Seixal.

He made his Benfica B debut in August 2018 and became a mainstay of the reserve side, totalling 49 appearances and five goals in Liga Portugal 2 between 2018 and 2021. His only senior outing for the first team came in a domestic cup tie against Vitória de Setúbal in December 2019, when he played the closing minutes.

Unable to break through at the Estádio da Luz, Dantas was loaned to Bayern Munich in October 2020, where he played mainly for the reserve team, and subsequently to Tondela, PAOK and AZ Alkmaar. He left Benfica permanently for NK Osijek in August 2024 and joined HNK Rijeka on a free transfer in July 2025. He represented Portugal at every youth level from under-16 to under-21.
