Fulham Football Club is a London club formed in 1879 as Fulham St Andrew's Church Sunday School FC by worshippers in West Kensington, making it the oldest professional football club in the capital. The present name was adopted in December 1888 and the club turned professional in 1898.

Fulham have played at Craven Cottage, on the north bank of the Thames, since 1896; the ground's Victorian pavilion gave rise to the nickname the Cottagers. The side wears white shirts with black shorts. Historically a club of the lower divisions, Fulham rose through all four tiers between 1997 and 2001 under new ownership, and their most celebrated campaign came in 2009-10 when they reached the UEFA Europa League final in Hamburg. After several promotions and relegations they re-established themselves in the Premier League from 2022.
